The joint workshop gathered speakers and energy experts from IRENA, the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) and State Grid Energy Research Institute (SGERI).

The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) has launched the spring 2022 cohort of its Student Leaders Programme. The traineeship runs for a period of three months and is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Hydrogen trade can contribute to a more diversified and resilient energy system for all.

To discuss the challenges faced by developing countries in mobilising capital, IRENA, the governments of Germany and the UAE co-organised a side event.
